DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Heterocyclic ring-substituted styrene compounds of formulae (I), (II) and (III) and their salts are new. R1 = 1-4C alkoxy group; R2 = halo; A = 6-membered aromatic cyclic group, 6-membered heteroaryl cyclic group (1-3 N, O and/or S) or substituted 6-membered aromatic cyclic group, methyl or methoxy substituted phenyl group or substituted 6-membered heteroaryl cyclic group with G; G = 1-3 (halo, 1-6C alkyl group, 1-6C alkoxy group, C(=O)OH or C(=O)OR4); R4 = 1-4C alkyl group; R3 = 1-3C alkoxy group; and T = 3-methylenylpyrrolidine-2,5-dione of formula (IV) or 2-methylenyl-2H-benzo(b)(1,4)oxazin-3(4H)-one of formula (V).
