摘要:本文首先验证了Cooper方程式能适用于放线酮的生物检定,然后分别从杯碟法和滤纸片法的理论方程式求得临界浓度和临界时间,最后比较按Cooper方程式和理论方程式的计算结果,发现它们吻合较好。因此认为理论方程式为Cooper方程式提供了理论根据,而Cooper方程式则是理论方程式的简化形式。
The applicability of Cooper equation to the cycloheximide bioassay has been experimentally verified. Then from the theoretical equations previously derived for cupplate and paper-disc agar diffusion bioassay critical concentrations and critical times for cycloheximide evaluated, and finally the calculated results of the theoretical equations and the Cooper equation compared. The results are quite similar. Hence the theoretical equations may provide the theoretical basis for the Cooper equation, and the latter in turn may be regarded as the simplified form of the theoretical equations.
