摘要：数字资源是科技创新不可或缺的重要战略资源,经费短缺背景下,高校图书馆的数字资源保障亟须适应新信息技术变革及用户需求变化。从现状、主体、子系统出发,深入分析高校图书馆数字资源保障机制的影响要素及关系,运用系统动力学模型描述各子系统的作用机理,利用Vensim PLE仿真其动态变化,并构建协同保障框架。发现高校图书馆数字资源保障机制影响因素可分为显在及潜在层,提出从重构新格局、重建新生态、重塑新业态助力高校图书馆化解经费困局,增强数字资源保障的可持续性。
Digital resources are an indispensable strategic resource for technological innovation.In the context of insufficient funds,the digital resource guarantee of university libraries urgently needs to adapt to the changes in new information technology and user demands.Starting from the current situation,the main body,and subsystems,an in-depth analysis is conducted on the influencing factors and relationships of the digital resource guarantee mechanism ofuniversity libraries.The system dynamics model is used to describe the mechanism of each subsystem,Vensim PLE is utilized to simulate its dynamic changes,and a collaborative guarantee framework is constructed.The factors influencing the digital resource guarantee mechanism of university libraries can be divided into the obvious layer and the potential layer.It is proposed to help university libraries overcome the financial difficulties and enhance the sustainability of digital resource guarantee by reconfiguring the new pattern,reconstructing the new ecosystem,and reshaping the new business model.
