摘要:应用恒温系统及缓冲液体系 ,考察了温度及 p H值对分泌过程的影响 ,然后在此基础上又讨论了添加葡萄糖、金属离子 Fe2 +、K+和 Mn2 +以及超声波和微波处理的效果。实验发现 ,p H=7.4,温度 34°C,以及添加 5 g/L KCl或 5 0 mg/L Mn SO4
The effects of pH value and temperature on gentamicin (GM) secretion were studied by using constant temperature and buffer solution system, then the effects of adding glucose, Fe 2+ 、K +、Mn 2+ and treatment of ultrasonic and microwave were also studied. The results show that GM secretion is promoted when the temperature is controlled at 34 °C , pH=7.4 and 5g/L KCl or 50mg/L MnSO 4 liter was supplemented.
