摘要:在双螺杆挤出机中以有机锂为引发剂,以丁二烯(B)与苯乙烯(S)为混和单体,采用本体一步合成法制备了S/B共聚物。采用双氧水在四氧化锇催化下对聚合物分子链进行氧化降解,^1H-NMR和FT-IR分析表明共聚物中的双键被全部氧化并发生断裂,而共聚物中聚苯乙烯的链节并未被破坏。利用18角度小角激光光散射仪(MALLS)联用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对氧化降解后的聚苯乙烯碎片进行分析证明:共聚物分子是由1条1×10^4~4×10^4分子量的聚苯乙烯嵌段连接着数10个S-B嵌段的结构。TEM分析表明调节反应过程中的工艺条件可以控制共聚物的织态结构。此外对共聚物的力学性能也进行了研究。
A novel S/B copolymer is synthesized from mixed monomers of styrene and butadiene by bulk anionic polymerization in which organic lithium is used as initiator and twin screw extruder as reactor. The copolymers are oxidized with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of osmium tetroxide. It is confirmed by ^1H-NMR and FTIR that the double bonds in the molecule chains of the copolymers are fully oxidized, while the segments of polystyrene in the copolymers are kept intact. The segments of polystyrene were characterized by gel permeation chromatognaphy(GPC) connected with the multi-angle laser light scattering instrument(MALLS). It is found that the molecule of the copolymers is made of a long segment of polystyrene with Mn of 10~50 thousands and tens of S-B blocks. It is confirmed from TEM photographs that microstructure of the copolymers could be controlled by varying the processing conditions. The mechanical properties of S/B copolymer are also studied.
