摘要：对服役 8万多小时后的 HK40炉管进行了综合研究 ,包括表面探伤、金相组织检查、冲击性能测试、持久及蠕变裂纹扩展性能等等。在此基础上对 HK40经长期使用后的性能退化进行了分析讨论并作了剩余使用寿命估测 ,实践表明 。
The HK40 steel tubes which served for 80 000 hours have been synthetically studied. The research involves surface flaw detection, metallographic examination, Charpy V impact test, creep rupture strength and creep crack growth rate, etc. On this base, the degradation on the properties of the HK40 steel after long time service has been discussed, and the residual life has been estimated. The estimation fits the actual result.
