摘要：自"卓越工程师教育培养计划"实施以来,关于总体方案的研究已经有很多,包括培养方案制定、师资队伍建设、教学模式及方法改革、实践教学环节的加强等,但关于校企联合培养模式的探讨较少。本文总结了5年多来本专业在实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"中遇到的问题、解决的方法及成果、经验等,重点就卓越工程师培养过程中校企联合培养的模式及具体的实施方法进行探讨。
Since the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers was implemented,the study for general planning has been discussed a lot,including making training program,teaching staff construction,reforming teaching mode and methods,and strengthening practice teaching.But the detailed training mode has been discussed less.So,this paper mainly discusses the training mode and the detailed implementation methods of the training mode of coalition of college and enterprise for the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers,based on the problems,solution,results and experience,etc.in implementing the Plan.
