摘要:用无梯度内循环反应器研究了内扩散阻力存在下,在 AF-5分子筛催化剂上进行的苯气相烃化反应失活动力学的数学模型。通过分析扩散现象对失活动力学的影响及实验数据的关联,得到了在变容与失活双重影响下的有效因子的定量描述式。在温度范围为340-420℃,空速范围为2—4gC_2H_4/gcat·b,进口苯烯摩尔比为1:1的情况下,得到了反应与失活速率常数值及反应和失活级数。
The deactivating kinetic model with internal diffusion process for gas phasealkylation of benzene with ethylene over AF-5 zeolite catalyst in an intermal re-cycle gradientless reactor has been studied.Through an analysis of the influenceof diffusional phenomena on the deactivating kinetics and correlation of the ex-perimental data,a quantitative expression of effectiveness factor influenced by de-activation and volume change has been obtained.At temperatures of 340—420℃ andwith a space velocity of 2—4 gC_2H_4/gcat·hand a mole ratio of benzene/ethylene=1,values of reaction and deactivation rate constants,reaction and deactivationorders have been measured.
