摘要:Vibration motor has the centrifugal effect of eccentric mass. when installed on the motion platform, it will produce displacement under a certain conditions. This paper presents a micro motion platform by using two vibration motors to drive synergistically based on the centrifugal effect of eccentric mass. In order to achieve the motion of forward, backwards and rotation, a driver module of electric motor is used to adjust the turning and revolving speed of motors. Platform's movement is driven directly by vibration which can simplify the transmission mechanism and contribute to miniaturization. The feasibility of realizing the desired motion function is proved by simulations based on ADAMS model and experiments. ? 2017 IEEE.
