摘要:用胶体化学方法制备了BaTiO3超微粒,用L-B膜技术组装了文题的复合膜,用π-A曲线,AFM,紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱对其进行表征。BaTiO3超微粒在复合膜中是比较稳定的,其复盖度>90%。复合膜中的BaTiO3超微粒具有介电限域效应。荧光光谱具有372nm和385nm两个峰宽的发光带,激发光谱有325nm的峰。
The aqueous sol of ultrafine BaTiO 3 particles was prepared by the colloid chemistry method.The ultrafine BaTiO 3 particles stearate multilayer was fabricated through Langmuir Blodgett technology.It was characterized by π A curve,AFM,UV visible absorption and fluorescence spectrum.The ultrafine BaTiO 3 particles were very stable and the coverage ratio surpassed 90% in the composite film.The absorption and fluorescence spectrum of ultrafine BaTiO 3 particles stearic acid were measured at room temperature.It is found that there was dielectric confinement effect.Their fluorescence was broad luminous bands with two peaks at 372nm and 385nm.The excited peak was at 325nm.
