摘要:建立了测量催化剂颗粒形状系数的实验装置。通过对床层压降的测定,从而得出催化剂颗粒的形状系数。对比C301甲醇合成催化剂颗粒形状系数的测定值和计算值,证明了该装置的可靠性。在此基础上,测定了粒度为3.3~4.7 m m 的A301氨合成催化剂的形状系数为0.487。
An equipment used to determine the shape factor of catalyst was established in this paper. The shape factor can be obtained by determining the pressure drop of a fixed bed packed with a certain catalyst. The experimental results of shape factor compared with calculated value of C301 catalyst indicated that this equipment is reliable to be used. So the shape factor of A301 catalyst was gotted by the method proposed.
