摘要:Chromium-containing industrial wastewater causes serious pollution problems, while certain microorganism can reduce Cr (VI) to less toxic Cr (III). A Cr(VI) reducing strain was isolated from river sludge and identified as Lysinibacillus sp. ReCr-13. Cr(VI) bio-reduction of the strain and oxidative stress response induced by Cr(VI) were investigated. The optimum Cr(VI) reduction efficiency was achieved by Lysinibacillus sp. ReCr-13 at pH 8.0, NaCl 5 g?L-1 and 200 mg?L-1 Cr(VI). The contents of intracellular O2?-, H2O2 and MDA increase with the increase of initial Cr(VI) concentration in the range of 200~400 mg?L-1,while the reduction efficiency of Cr(VI) decreases. The exogenous addition of Mn2+ can effectively promote the activity of intracellular antioxidant enzymes SOD and CAT, reduce the contents of intracellular O2?-, H2O2 and MDA, and ultimately improve the reduction efficiency of Cr(VI). The results provide fundamental information for Cr(VI) bio-reduction in chromium-containing industrial wastewater. ? 2019, Editorial Board of "Journal of Chemical Engineering of Chinese Universities".
