摘要:通过填料塔对亚硫酸铵氧化过程各影响因素进行了全面的研究。反应温度 30°C~ 75°C,氧气体积分数 φO2 =0 .2 1~ 1 ,亚硫酸根浓度 0 .3mol/L~ 5.0 mol/L,初始硫酸根浓度 0~ 1 .5mol/L,催化剂有铜、铁、钴、锌、锰的硫酸盐。实验结果表明 :在高浓度 ( [SO2 -3 ]>0 .5mol/L)下 ,亚硫酸铵的氧化速率随亚硫酸根浓度的增加而降低 ,硫酸根浓度的增加也使亚硫酸铵的氧化速率下降。因此 ,高浓度的亚硫酸铵不能被迅速完全地直接氧化成硫铵 ,要在较低浓度下氧化后再浓缩 。
The heterogeneous oxidation of concentrated ammonium sulfite solution was investigated in a packing column. The concentration range of sulfite was 0.3mol/L^5.0mol/L and that of initial sulfate was 0~1.5mol/L. Volume fraction of oxygen in the gas phase was 0.21~1, and temperature range was 30°C^75°C. Sulfate of cobalt, copper, iron, manganese and zinc were used as catalysts. The results indicated that oxidation rate of sulfite was decreased with the increasing of sulfite concentration and that of sulfate. The concentrated sulfite could not be oxidized rapidly, so it would be difficult to commercialize the process economically .
