摘要:对原始机构进行了拓扑结构分析,构造出了机构的拓扑胚图,再将代表二副杆的点插入拓扑胚图中,得到满足要求的所有运动链的拓扑图。按照图与机构的一一对应关系,把拓扑图转化为一般化运动链图谱。指定各构件类型后,可将一般化运动链图转化为特定化链,并具体化为与原始机构具有相同或相似功能的新型机构。在此基础上,设计者可对其进行综合评价,筛选出好的结构类型。该方法可提高机构创新设计的效率和质量,具有较强的可操作性。
The mechanical embryo diagram is constructed with the topological analysis of original institutions.After the point representing binary link is inserted into topological embryo diagram,we get the topological graph which meets the requirements of all kinematic chains. Based on the correspondence between graph and mechanism,the topological graph is turned into a generalized graph of kinematic chain which can be turned into Specilized one and particularized to new institutions containing the same or similar functions. On this basis,the designer can gain a comprehensive assessment and sort out the good structural type. This method can improve organizational efficiency and quality of innovative design,and operate well.
