摘要：当前,数字化是一个不可逆转的大趋势,数字化改革正成为推动农业农村现代化的新引擎,技术赋能是数字乡村建设的核心价值指向。然而,在推动数字技术与农村生产生活全面深度融合的实践过程中还存在诸多需要化解的结构性张力。通过整体性和多层次的技术磨合,积极探索以加强人才培养、健全梯度补偿、强化利益联结、构建数据共享、完善第三次分配为主要目标的数字乡村建设体制机制,是超越技术堕距、破除技术迟滞、以数字乡村建设推动共同富裕的关键所在。
At present,digitalization is an irreversible general trend.Digital reform is becoming a new engine to promote agricultural and rural modernization.Technology empowerment is the core value direction of digital rural construction.However,there are still many structural tensions that need to be solved in the practice process of promoting the comprehensive and deep integration of digital technology and rural production and life.Through the integrated and multi-level technology running-in,actively exploring the system and mechanism of digital rural construction with the main objectives of strengthening talent training,improving gradient compensation,reinforcing interest connection,building data sharing,and improving the third distribution are the key to transcending the technological gap,breaking the technological lag,and promoting common prosperity with digital rural construction.
