摘要：卵巢癌是威胁女性健康的常见恶性肿瘤之一。针对这一恶性肿瘤,本研究以细胞穿透肽为基础设计并合成了一种修饰有半菁染料荧光团(Cy5)的多肽药物。通过荧光成像、流式细胞分析及细胞毒性实验,证实了该多肽药物具有良好的抗卵巢癌细胞活性。本研究为开发新的抗肿瘤药提供了一种新的思路。
Ovarian cancer is one of the most malignant tumors threating women＇s health.To treat this disease,we designed and synthesized a new cell-penetrating peptide modified with a fluorescent dyes（Cy5）.This peptide drug exhibits effective activity against ovarian cancer,which is evidenced by confocal laser scanning microscope,flow cytometry and cell toxicity experiments.This work provides a new way to develop new drugs against ovarian cancer.
