摘要:利用海藻酸钠固定化面包酵母细胞,在搅拌罐和填充柱反应器内连续反应由蔗糖生产转化糖,对该过程的反应动力学研究结果表明:内、外传质阻力,转化酶活力、料液流量,搅拌速率和媒体半径对转化率有影响,本文给出了它们之间相互关系的数学表达式,本文还定义了阻力因子,动力因子及返混因子,并讨论了它们对转化效率所起的作用,给出了串联反应器操作的有关计算公式,测定了有关动力学参数,给出了料液流量控制,搅拌转速控制,媒体半径选择和最大转化率操作条件的计算方法,并在搅拌罐反应器、填充柱反应器和串联搅拌罐反应器中进行了实验和计算,从实验上验证了动力学理论研究结果。
A mathematic model is proposed for the continuous production invent sugar from sucrose by immobilized yeast cells. The yeast cell are immobilized in Ca^(2+)-alginate and invert sugar is produced in a continuous stirred tank reactor and in a packed bed reactor. The effects of reaction solution flow rate, stirring speed, immobilized cells size and sucrose concentration on the invert rate are given in formula. The reaction kinetic factor, resistance factor and back-mixing factor has been defined and the relationship between invert rate and these factors has been studied. The formulas about multi-stage reactor's operation has been given. The dynemic parameters of the model have been determined. The enzyme activety and the mass diffusion upon the invert rate has been studied and discussed. The principle and method is given which can be used for the control of solution flow rate, the control of stirring speed, the selection of immobilized cell size and the calculation of operation condition for maximum invert rate. The experimental and the calculated results is reported. The mathematic model has been demonstrated by experimental results.
