摘要：基于注意力基础观,以2011~2022年中国专精特新“小巨人”上市公司为样本,探讨管理者时间焦点对企业成长的影响,以及这种影响在宏观与微观时间特征下的差异性。研究表明:①管理者未来焦点对专精特新企业成长具有正向影响,探索式创新在其中起中介作用;管理者现在焦点对专精特新企业成长具有负向影响,利用式创新在其中起中介作用。②从宏观环境时间特征看,环境动态性加强了管理者未来焦点对企业成长的促进作用,削弱了管理者现在焦点对企业成长的抑制作用。③从微观企业时间特征看,处于成长阶段的企业,管理者未来焦点对企业成长的正向影响以及管理者现在焦点对企业成长的负向影响都被削弱;相反,处于成熟阶段的企业,管理者未来焦点的正向影响和现在焦点的负向影响都被加强。
This study based on the Attention-Based View and using a sample of China’s“SRDI”listed companies from 2011 to 2022,explores the impact of managerial temporal focus on the growth of“SRDI”enterprises and the differences in this impact under macro and micro temporal context characteristics.The study indicates:①managerial future focus positively affects the growth of“SRDI”enterprises,with exploratory innovation playing a mediating role;managerial present focus negatively affects the growth of“SRDI”enterprises,with exploitative innovation playing a mediating role.②From the perspective of macro-environmental time characteristics,environmental dynamism strengthens the promotional effect of managerial future focus on enterprise growth and weakens the suppressive effect of managerial present focus on enterprise growth.③From the perspective of time characteristics of micro enterprises,for enterprises in the growth stage,the positive impact of managerial future focus and the negative impact of managerial present focus on enterprise growth are both weakened.Conversely,for firms in the maturity stage,both the positive effect of managerial future focus and the negative effect of managerial present focus are strengthened.
