摘要：非典的产生、蔓延和危害人类同环境密切关联。确立以人为本的理念 ,正确处理经济、人文、环境的关系 ,规范突发事件紧急管理 ,信息公开 ,在反思非典中 ,优选循环经济发展模式。
The outbreak and spread of SARS, which has done great harm to mankind, has a close relationship with the environment. The author holds that we should establish the concept of humanism in handling properly the relationship among economy, culture and environment and that we should practice open information and regulate immediate management in dealing with health emergencies. What SARS teaches us is that the recycle economic development model should be our first choice.
