摘要:针对现有沙漠生态修复机械功能单一,植树成活率低的问题,设计一款小型多功能沙漠生态修复小车。该小车集绑绳维护、肥料配比、种树填土和设置草方格沙障等4大功能于一体。控制系统中,树莓派作为上位机,基于图像识别算法,Arduino UNO作为下位机,解析数据并控制电机运转,实现小车自主定位导航。利用ANSYS对核心部件进行有限元分析,确保其满足强度、刚度要求,保证小车运行的安全性与可靠性。样机运行结果表明该小车机械结构合理,自动化程度高,有助于提高沙漠地区植树效率及成活率。
In view of single function of the existing desert ecological restoration machinery and low survival rate of tree planting,a small multifunctional desert ecological restoration car is designed.The car integrates four functions,rope maintenance,fertilizerburdening,tree planting and soil filling,and straw checkerboard sand barrier setting.In the control system,Raspberry Pi is used as the master computer based on the image recognition algorithm and Arduino UNO is used as the slave computer to analyze data and control motor operation to realize autonomous positioning and navigation of the car.ANSYS is used toperform finite element analysis on the core components to ensure that they meet the strengthand stiffness requirements and to ensure the safety and reliability of the car operation.The prototype operation results show that the carhas a reasonable mechanical structure and a high automation degree,which helps to improve the efficiencyand survival rate of treeplanting indesertareas.
