摘要：乡村振兴,人才是关键。农村社会工作人才是推动乡村社会治理体系和治理能力现代化的关键力量。然而,当前农村社会工作专业人才队伍建设存在制度保障亟待完善、农村本土社会工作专业人才缺乏、农村社会工作专业性有待提升等现实困境。需要完善农村社会工作制度环境与服务体系,推动城乡融合发展;培育农村社会组织,构建多元化的乡村振兴人才队伍;探索“校-社”联动培养模式,拓展农村社会工作专业实践试点。
Talent is the key to rural revitalization.Rural social work talent is the major driving force of modernizing rural social governance system and capacity.However,social work talent building faces such practical challenges as the urgent need to improve relevant mechanisms,to enhance the professional knowledge of rural social work,and lack of local social work professionals,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the institutional environment and service system,to promote integrated urban-rural development of rural social work,to cultivate rural social communities and build pluralistic talent teams for rural revitalization.What's more,to explore the"school-community"cultivating model and to expand the professional practice of rural social work as well.
