摘要:针对油田开采过程中产生的含油污水,开展电絮凝技术处理含油污水的研究。考察了电流密度、极板间距以及电解时间等因素对污水除油效果的影响。实验结果表明,在电流密度为7 mA/cm2,电解时间为20 min,极板间距为2 cm时,含油污水脱油率达到92%。在优化条件下研究了污水含油量和水质矿化度对电絮凝除油效果的影响,初始油质量浓度越低,处理后污水含油量越少;污水矿化度越大,脱油效果越差。
The electrocoagulation technique is used to treat the oil-containing wastewater from oil fields during oil exploration. The effects of current density, electrode spacing and electrode time on the oil removal effect are studied. The oil removal rate can reach 92% under the following condition:7 mA/cm2 of current density,20 min of electrode time and 2 cm of electrode spacing. The effect of the amount of oil contained in wastewater and mineralization degree of the wastewater on the oil removal effect is performed. The results show that the lower initial oil concentration in the wastewater leads to the lower oil content in the treated water. The higher mineralization degree results in the worse oil removal effect.
