摘要:采用甘油作增塑剂,以原淀粉(NS)及交联淀粉(CS)为原材料分别制备了热塑性淀粉(TPS)与热塑性的交联淀粉(TPCS),并对NS、TPS、TPCS进行了比较。将NS、TPS、TPCS分别与聚乳酸(PLA)进行共混,制备了PLA/NS、PLA/TPS及PLA/TPCS三种共混物并对三者进行了表征。结果表明,TPCS、TPS对PLA具有增塑效果且TPCS增塑程度更高,而NS则起不到增塑PLA的作用。
Thermoplastic starch (TPS) and thermoplastic crosslinked starch (TPCS) were prepared with the addition of glyceron as plasticizer,native starch (NS) and cross-linked starch as raw material.NS,TPS and TPCS were compared.PLA/NS,PLA/TPS and PLA/TPCS blends were prepared by blending poly (lactic acid) (PLA) with NS,TPS and TPCS.PLA/NS,PLA/TPS and PLA/TPCS blends were characterized.It showed that TPCS was the best to plasticize PLA,TPS followed while NS didn't work in plasticizing PLA.
