摘要：探索了校企合作建立实习基地的基础、如何制定实习计划、教师的作用、实习基地长期发展等具体问题,以华东理工大学机械与动力工程学院与外资企业上海森松集团合作建立教学实习基地的实例,说明校企可以发挥各自优势,互利互惠、充分合作,取得良好的教学实习效果。
It is inevitable that colleges of engineering construct the practice base cooperated with foreign-funded enterprises.Taking the practice base established by School of Mechanical and Power Engineering and Shanghai Morimatsu Group as an example,from the view of students,instructors,schools and enterprises,this article provides references how to get satisfactory results from the practice base.
