摘要:有机胺萃取剂三辛胺和稀释剂十氢萘的高效低成本分离是含钙废液与CO_(2)反应-萃取-结晶耦合技术工程化应用的重要环节。文中选用分子蒸馏技术分离热解工段热解液三辛胺与十氢萘的混合物,考察了刮膜器转速、蒸馏温度、系统压力和进料流量等因素对重组分残余十氢萘质量分数的影响,并通过正交试验对单因素条件进行优化,获得最优工艺条件为蒸馏温度90℃,系统压力500 Pa,进料流量5 mL/min,刮膜器转速250 r/min,重组分中十氢萘质量分数为1.89%,轻组分中十氢萘质量分数为99.43%,可以满足物料循环利用的要求。
The efficient and low-cost separation of organic amine extractant trioctylamine and diluent decalin is an important step in the engineering application of the coupling technology of reaction extraction crystallization for the treatment of waste liquid containing calcium and CO_(2).The mixture of trioctymine and decalin was separated by molecular distillation technology.The effects of single factors,such as scraper rotation speed,distillation temperature,system pressure and feed flow rate,were investigated on the mass fraction of residual decalin in heavy component.The single factor conditions were optimized by orthogonal test.The optimal process conditions were as follows:distillation temperature 90℃,system pressure 500 Pa,feed flow 5 mL/min,and scraper rotation speed 250 r/min.Under the optimal conditions,the mass fraction of decalin is 1.89%in the heavy component and 99.43%in the light component.It can meet the requirement of material recycling.
