摘要:研究了含有一价碱金属卤化物的Ga2 S3 -GeS2 -KCl和Ga2 S3 -GeS2 -KBr系统玻璃的制备与某些典型玻璃的光学、电学和离子交换性质。结果表明 :玻璃的透过范围从 0 .42~ 11.5 μm ,玻璃的电导率在 2 3℃时为 10 -10 ~ 10 -11S/cm ;2 70℃时为 10 -5~ 10 -8S/cm。通过采用特殊的工艺和熔盐成功地对这类玻璃进行了离子交换 ,其交换深度可从几个 μm到 10 0 0 μm左右。此类玻璃作为红外和光波导材料具有广阔的应用前景。本文还从结构的观点讨论了性质变化的规律。
Besides the application for optical materials transmitting in mid-far-infrared region,chalcohalide glasses have recently received more and more attention in their uses as nonlinear photonic materials because they share high third-order nonlinear polarizability.For this purpose,optoelectronic properties of new Ga 2S 3-GeS 2-KCl and Ga 2S 3-GeS 2-KBr systems were studied.The short-wave absorption edge of the glasses was found to shift from 480nm towards the shorter wavelength (410nm) by KCl or KBr doping while the multiphonon absorption of glasses was about 11.5μm.About 60%~80% transmittance of glasses (thickness:4mm) was observed with in 0.5~10μm.The conductivity of glasses in Ga 2S 3-GeS 2-KCl and Ga 2S 3-GeS 2-KBr are 10 -10 ~10 -11 S/cm and 10 -9 ~10 -12 at 23℃ or 10 -5 ~10 -8 and 10 -4 ~10 -6 S/cm at 270℃,respectively.Two methods have been used to investigation ion-exchange of chalcohalide glass,thermal diffusion and electrical-field assistant diffusion.It is found that exchange thickness of the chalcohalide glass can be controlled from a few micrometers to about 1 millimeter in the organic salt.
