摘要：制度主义、文化主义、现实主义是研究风险社会的三种视角,已有众多学者从这些视角阐释制度性风险与全球化、风险文化与不确定的个体、生态政治与协商民主的关系。但依然面临一个问题未被解决:在个体化的不确定性与充满风险的社会之间有一道正在逐渐拓宽的裂缝。在此背景之下,从伦理与政治的双重视角,试图通过生态政治与反思性调节两种方式建构超越风险的"第三条道路"。这是研究风险社会的一个新的尝试,尤其是关于义务理念的阐释,对于中国风险社会的研究具有重要意义。
Institutionalism, cuhuralism, realism are three perspectives to study the risk society, from which many scholars have examined and interpreted the relationship of system risk and globalization, risk cul- ture and uncertain individuals, ecological politics and deliberative democracy. But they still face a problem that has not yet been solved： there appears a gradually widening crack between the individual uncertainty and the risk society. Under this background, scholars intend to establish ＂ the third road＂ that transcends risk through ecological politics and reflective regulation two ways from the ethical and political perspectives. This is a new attempt to study risk society, especially the explanation about obligation in Chinese philosophy, which is of great significance to the study of risk society.
