摘要:为了提升学生的科研素质、创新思维和解决科学问题的能力,各高校都非常重视创新实验课程建设。设计并实施了"氧化锌基固溶体设计合成及其催化与防腐性能相关性研究"创新实验,介绍了一步煅烧法制备非金属掺杂氧化锌基复合材料,分析了光电子流的抑制作用和材料自凝聚的协同作用使其防腐蚀性能极大提高的机理。学生通过该实验能够掌握固溶体相关知识及掺杂改性技术,系统探讨材料组成、结构与性能之间的相关性,并以材料电子得失的机制为纽带,归纳出光催化与防腐性能正相关的结论。该实验以学科前沿成果为基础,实现科研成果向教学一线转化,注重学生专业技能的培养,训练学生建立事物普遍联系的哲学思维和挖掘内在相关性的本领。学生通过该创新实验,可掌握固溶体材料合成的基本技能、材料性质、结构表征方法和实际应用等知识,培养具有扎实专业基础和创新精神的高素质专门人才。
An innovative experiment course of“preparation,characterization,the correlation between photocatalytic performance and anticorrosion performance of X-ZnO(X=C,N,and P)solid solutions”was designed in this paper.Nonmetal(C,N,P)doped zinc oxide solid solutions(ZnO SSs)was prepared through one-step calcination method greatly improved the anticorrosion capability.The novel anticorrosion capability is due to synergistic anticorrosion mechanism of the photoelectron flow suppression effect and the self-cohering process formed by doping.The undergraduates can not only master the knowledge of solid solution and the technology of doping and modification,but also systematically explore the composition of materials and the correlation between structure and performance,and obtain a positive correlation conclusion between the anticorrosion performance and the photocatalytic performance based on the mechanism of the gain or loss of electrons of materials.This innovative experiment focuses on developing undergraduates’professional skills and philosophizing of common relationships and exploring the intrinsic correlation of matters.Based on the advanced achievement of the disciplines,the research results enable undergraduates to master the basic skills of synthesis,characterization,properties as well as practical applications of solid solution material.This beneficial trial helps to cultivate high-quality professional talents with solid theoretical foundation and creative spirit.
