摘要：本文从培养目标、教学模式、管理方法和生源结构等方面着手,分析了远程高等教育和普通全日制高等教育的差异,阐述了工科高等教育的特点和难点,探讨了组成工科远程教育内部质量保障体系的若干基本要素,并以华东理工大学网络教育学院的实践作了例证。
In this paper,the difference between distance higher education and traditional on-campus higher education is analyzed in several aspects,such as cultivation goal,teaching and learning mode,management style,student source,and so on.Then,the characteristics and difficulties in higher engineering education are explained,and the basics for quality assurance system of distance engineering education are explored.Finally,practice in Distance Education College of East China University of Science and Technology is studied as a case.
