摘要:研究了钛酸铝引入后对氧化铝陶瓷抗热震性的影响。实验结果表明 ,引入钛酸铝后氧化铝陶瓷的抗热震性由于热膨胀系数的下降而提高。与纯氧化铝陶瓷相化 ,钛酸铝添加量为 1 0 %时 ,经 75 0°C→ 1 0°C水中急冷 ,抗弯强度提高近 5 0 %
Thermal shock resistance of alumina ceramics was studied by introduction of aluminium titanate (AT). The rusults show that thermal shock resistance of the ceramics can be improved with the reduction of their thermal expansion coefficient caused by AT. Bending strength of alumina ceramics with 10% AT increase nearly by 50% through rapid cooling from 750°C to 10°C , compared with the ceramics without AT.
