摘要：NOVELTY - Tower top anti-emulsion device for refining sulfur containing crude oil, comprises a control valve, an anti-emulsifier mother liquid pump (1), an anti-emulsifier tank (2), an anti-emulsifier injection pump (3), where are connected in order through a pipeline. The injection pump of the crude oil refining device is connected to a distillation tower (4), an atmospheric pressure tower (5), a vacuum tower and a heat exchanger inlet. The emulsifier is injected through the distillation tower inlet. The sewage is discharged through the pressure tower and vacuum tower for removing emulsified oil. USE - Used as anti-emulsion device for refining sulfur containing crude oil. ADVANTAGE - The device prevents the sulfur-containing emulsified oil in sewage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for refining sulfur containing crude oil by the tower top anti-emulsion device, comprising taking a cationic anti-emulsifier (Y) and a flocculant (X) prepared by anti-emulsifier mother liquid to form anti-emulsifier, and storing in the anti-emulsifier mother liquid tank, injecting into the anti-emulsifier injection pump from anti-emulsifier mother liquid tank and respectively injecting into the tower top of the crude oil refining device, a atmospheric tower top and vacuum tower top, and then injecting the anti-emulsifier into the distillation tower, atmospheric tower top and vacuum tower top by tower top heat exchanger, sedimentation tank to stay for a period of time.
