摘要:NOVELTY - A long-chain branched structure-containing polyfunctional prepolymer as active center and partially-substituted N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide crosslinking agent are inverse-suspension polymerized, to obtain polymer microspheres having epoxy group. USE - Preparation of polymer microspheres used for immobilization of enzyme e.g. penicillin acylase, glucose isomerase, glucosidase, trypsin and amylase (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of polymer microspheres having high strength. The enzyme immobilized using the polymer microspheres has high activity and excellent stability.
