摘要：NOVELTY - This invention provides an on-line soft measurement method for the consumption of a promoter to PX oxidation reacting process by an industrial device. Said method can on-line compute the consumption of an oxidation unit promoter according to red data of the exit stream flow of a dosing tank and concentration of the promoter and the circulating mother liquor flow and its promoter concentration, or timely computes the consumption of an oxidation unit promoter by testing concentration of promoter in the dosing tank solution, its exit stream flow and a mother liquor circulation rate under the condition without circulation mother liquor. USE - For making online soft measuring method for promoter consumption during PX oxidation reaction process of industrial equipment. ADVANTAGE - so as to realize the on-line soft measurement to the consumption of PX oxidation reaction process promoter to provide guide to optimize production operation parameter.
