USE - Compounds containing aniline derivative used for preparing detection kit for detecting mercury ions and/or methylmercury, and ultraviolet visible spectra or fluorescence emission spectrum signals (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product provides quantitative detection of mercury ion and methylmercury. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Compounds containing aniline derivative of formula (I) and nitrobenzene derivative of formula (II) are new. R1 and R2=1-6C carboxy, amino, alkoxy, halogen, hydroxy, alkoxycarbonyl, alkyl, -CH2-COOMe, -CH2-COOH or -CH2NH2.
