摘要：NOVELTY - The invention discloses fusarium proliferatum and the method used to manufacture ginsenoside Rh2. It belongs to fusarium proliferatum ECU2042 CGMCC No.1495. The invention catalyzes and hydrolyzes relative common ginsenoside to manufacture rare saponin, and use the fusarium proliferatum to manufacture ginsenoside Rh2. It cost is relative low. And transformation ratio can reach above 60%. The formedsaponin purity is not less than 95%.
