摘要:应用三个中等界面张力(9.37~14.16mN/m)体系,对QH-1型扁环填料的传质性能进行了系统研究.实验数据采用以返流模型为基础的稳态浓度剖面法处理.研究了两相流速对传质效率和轴向返混的影响,进行了几种填料传质效率的比较.实验结果表明,QH-1型填料在中等界面张力体系中仍具有较高的传质效率,可望在湿法冶金、医药和环保中得到广泛应用.
Study has been carried out on the mass transfer characteristics of SMR packing in a Φ100 mm extraction column. Three systems with medium interfacial tension are used: 10% TBP-Kerosene/HAc/Water, 30%TBP-Kerosene/HAc/Water, 50% TBP-Kerosene/HAc/water. The mass transfer parameters are estimated from concentration profiles based on the backflow model. The influence of phase flow rates and interfacial tension on mass transfer efficiency is also investigated. The mass transfer efficiency of SMR packing is also compared with Mellapak 350Y Packing. It is found that SMR packing has high mass transfer efficiency in medium interfacial tension systems.
