摘要:NOVELTY - A molecular sieve is prepared by adding aqueous solution of metal salt and silicate to mixed solution of aluminum salt, template, mineral acid and water, and stirring to obtain reaction mixture; performing hydrothermal crystallization with or without crystal seed; and filtering, washing, drying and roasting. Molar ratio of silicon dioxide in silicate to aluminum oxide (Al2O3) is 10-40. Molar ratio of sodium oxide in metal salt to Al2O3 is 3-7. Molar ratio of template to Al2O3 is 8-16. Molar ratio of metal salt to Al2O3 is 40-100. Molar ratio of water to Al2O3 is 2500-3500. USE - Method of preparing molecular sieve for amination reaction of isobutene (claimed) to produce tert-butylamine. ADVANTAGE - The method obtains molecular sieve that can achieve over 10% yield of tert-butylamine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a molecular sieve for amination reaction of isobutene.
