摘要：数字经济背景下,如何让算法管理聆听平台从业者声音、保障平台从业者权益成为急需解决的关键问题。然而,数字劳动平台的灵活用工关系和算法管理方式使得平台从业者参与不同于传统组织情境下的员工参与。本研究采用案例研究方法分析数字劳动平台发起的平台从业者参与形式、内容、效果和影响因素。研究结果表明:平台从业者参与形式大多为直接参与,参与程度停留在信息公开和意见咨询层面,参与内容集中于平台任务相关问题。此外,平台从业者参与一定程度上能够提升平台管理效率,但是并未有效维护从业者劳动权益。影响平台从业者参与效果的因素包括平台从业者参与意愿和能力、平台参与渠道效率和参与内容以及算法技术属性三个层面。
Within the digital economy,ensuring platform workers'voices are heard and their rights protected has become a critical priority.However,the nature of participation among digital labor platforms workers diverges from traditional organizations,due to the platforms'flexible employment relationship and algorithmic management.This study adopts a case study methodology to examine the form,agenda and influence of participation mechanisms initiated by digital labor platforms,alongside the factors shaping the influence of these mechanisms.Our findings reveal that platform-initiated participation predominantly manifests as a direct form,focusing on information sharing and consultation,with particular attention to task-specific operational concerns.While such participation enhances platform management efficiency,they minimally address systemic gaps in workers'rights protection.The determinants governing the influence of participation can be categorized into three interrelated dimensions:workers'willingness and capacity to engage participation,the efficiency and scope of participation channels,and algorithmic affordances.
