摘要：NOVELTY - Highly effective mixing renaturation device being in favor of recombinant protective antigen (rPA) large-scale renaturation for adding denaturated protein solution into renaturation buffer solution comprises multiple vessels filled with the renaturation buffer solution, a liquid inlet pipe with one end being liquid outlet end mounted with multiple spraying nozzles and the other end being liquid inlet for introducing the denaturated protein solution, and propeller inserting below the liquid level of the renaturation buffer solution. USE - The device is useful for adding denaturated protein solution into renaturation buffer solution (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device can effectively inhibit aggregative response of rPA inclusion body during renaturation and increase renaturation rate of the target protein obviously. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the renaturation device.
