摘要:NOVELTY - A humic acid active ingredient is prepared by (A) performing degradation on peat natural humic acid or lignite natural humic acid using lipase and catalase and obtaining ingredient; (B) preparing biochemical humic acid using ginkgo leaf, onion skin, aloes leaf or chili leaf, and the leaf, stem and/or root of field mint under culture medium function of lipase, catalase and cellulose; and (C) preparing biochemical humic acid by peat natural humic acid or lignite natural humic acid using lipase, catalase and cellulose and culture medium. USE - Method for preparation of humic acid active ingredient used in medicine composition for stopping bleeding, invigorating circulation of blood, preventing inflammation and rheumatism, and preventing or curing lupus erythematosus (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Humic acid active ingredient is prepared by (A) performing degradation on peat natural humic acid whose number-average molar mass is 1000-30000 or lignite natural humic acid using lipase and catalase and obtaining ingredient whose number-average molar mass is 300- 800; (B) preparing biochemical humic acid using ginkgo leaf, onion skin, aloes leaf or chili leaf, and the leaf, stem and/or root of field mint under culture medium function of lipase, catalase and cellulose, where lipase, catalase and cellulose are obtained by culture of Trichoderma koningii or saccharomycetes; and (C) preparing biochemical humic acid by peat natural humic acid whose number-average molar mass is 1000-30000 or lignite natural humic acid using lipase, catalase and cellulose and culture medium of 3 enzymes. The lipase and catalase in step (A) are obtained via Trichoderma reesei, Bacteroides succinogenes, saccharomycetes or actinomycetes, where mass ratio of lipase to catalase is 1:10-1:5. The mass ratio of total amount of lipase and catalase to peat natural humic acid and lignite natural humic acid in step (A) is 0.01-0.50:95-99.9. The degradation temperature is 10-55 degrees C and time is 36-105 hours. The mass concentration of lipase and catalase before degradation in mixture is 0.3-0.8%. The mass ratio of total amount of lipase, catalase and cellulose and total amount of ginkgo leaf, onionskin, aloes leaf or chili leaf, and the leaf, stem and/or root of field mint is (0.2-5:0.5-5:0.3-3). The mass ratio of ginkgo leaf, onion skin, aloes leaf or chili leaf and the stem and/or root of field mint is 0.01-0.3:0.03-0.6:0.02-0.1. The acting temperature is 10-55 degrees C and time is 36-96 hours. The mass ratio of total amount of lipase, catalase and cellulose to natural humic acid or lignite natural humic acid in step (C) is 0.3-0.80:92-97. The mass proportion of lipase, catalase and cellulose in step (C) is 0.2-5:0.5-5:0.3-1. The acting temperature is 10-55 degrees C and time is 36-96 hours. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) the humic acid active ingredient prepared by above method; and (2) a medicine composition (drug or plaster) which comprises microcrystalline wax, field mint, medicine cellulose, zinc oxide and the humic acid active ingredient.
