摘要:NOVELTY - The high-rigidity heat-resistant polypropylene composite material comprises polypropylene, talc powder, nucleating agent, antioxidant and lubricant. The polypropylene is homopolypropylene with melt flow rate of 0.5-20 g/minute. The nucleating agent is phosphate alpha -nucleating agent. The antioxidant is composed of main antioxidant and additive antioxidant. The main antioxidant is hindered phenol antioxidant. The additive antioxidant is phosphite. The lubricant is liquid paraffin, polyethylene wax, stearic acid and its esters. USE - High-rigidity heat-resistant polypropylene composite material used for vehicle, home appliance and other industries. ADVANTAGE - The high-rigidity heat-resistant polypropylene composite material has shortened molding cycle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-rigidity heat-resistant polypropylene composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 1-9 pts. talc powder, 0.01-1.5 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 0.01-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-5.0 pts. wt. lubricant. The polypropylene is homopolypropylene with melt flow rate of 0.5-20 g/minute. The nucleating agent is phosphate alpha -nucleating agent. The antioxidant is composed of main antioxidant and additive antioxidant. The main antioxidant is hindered phenol antioxidant. The additive antioxidant is phosphite. The lubricant is liquid paraffin, polyethylene wax, stearic acid and its esters. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of high-rigidity heat-resistant polypropylene composite material, which involves weighing the raw material of each component according to weight ratio of composite material, mixing polypropylene, nucleating agent, talc powder, antioxidant and lubricant in a high speed mixer at high speed for 5-10 minutes, placing the raw material in a twin-screw extruder, melt extruding at 200-250 degrees C and granulating to obtain final product.
