摘要:采用激光多普勒测速仪,对超细旋液粉碎器工作腔内流场进行测量和研究。得到了平均速度及脉动速度分布、流型、剪切速率及雷诺应力等流动本数;揭示了其流动基本特征和变化的基本规律;阐明了超细旋液粉碎器破碎粒子的主要机理。为深一步探讨超细旋液粉碎器提供依据。
The flow fields of ultramicro rotary fluid fragmentor were measured and inves-tigated by using laser Doppler anemometer.Some flow parameters, such as mean velocity,fluctuating velocity distribution,flow patterns,shear rate and Reynolds stress were obtained.The charicteristics of the flow field were determined.The primary principles of fragmentingthe particles were analyzed. Some useful information was provided for industries of ultrami-cro rotary fluid fragmentors.
