摘要:以正丁醇和正己烷为复合萃取剂,萃取分离发酵液中的1,3-丙二醇(PDO),采用平衡法测定了PDO-水-正丁醇-正己烷四元物系的液液相平衡数据,绘制了拟三元相图,使用Othmer-Tobias方程和Hand方程对实验数据进行线性拟合,并利用非随机双液体(NRTL)和通用似化学活度系数(UNIQUAC)模型对数据进行了关联。实验结果表明,Hand方程的相关性系数可达0.99以上,NRTL和UNIQUAC模型计算值与实验数据的均方根偏差小于2%,两模型能够很好地预测液液相平衡数据,所得研究结果为正丁醇和正己烷作为复合萃取剂萃取分离PDO提供了基础数据。
1, 3-Propanediol(PDO) in fermentation broth was extracted and separated with n-butanol and n-hexane as composite extractant. The four components system liquid-liquid phase equilibrium data of PDO- water-n-butanol-n-hexane was measured by equilibrium method, and the quasi-ternary phase diagram was plotted. The experimental data was linearly fitted by using the Othmer-Tobias equation and the Hand equation, and the data were also correlated using a non random double liquid(NRTL) and a general quasi- chemical activity coefficient(UNIQUAC) model. The experimental results showed that the correlation coefficient of the Hand equation could reach more than 0.99, the root mean square deviation of the calculated values by NRTL and UNIQUAC model with the experimental data was less than 2%. These two models could well predict the liquid-liquid equilibrium data. The research results for n-butanol and n-hexane as composite extractant provide the basic data for separation of PDO in fermentation broth by extraction.
