摘要:研究了采用非贵金属催化剂进行C_5/C_6异构化的工艺,并考察了温度、压力、空速、氢/油比及原料中杂质对异构化反应的影响。处理硫含量低于2μg/g的原料时,催化剂的异构化活性、选择性、稳定性和再生性能与同类贵金属催化剂接近;处理含硫原料时则进行选择性裂解,生成C_3/C_4(液化气),液相产物中含有大量异构C_5/C_6,可作为高辛烷值汽油调合组分。
The C_5/C_6 isomerization process with non-noble metal catalyst and the effects of temperature. pressure, space velocity, hydrogen/oil ratio and impurities in feed- stock on the operation are studied. The isomerization reactivity. selectivity and regeneration performance of this catalyst are close to those of the noble metal catalyst when treating feed- stock with sulphur content below 2μg/g. When sulphur-containing feedstock is treated, se- lective cracking reactions take place with C_3/C_4 hydrocarbons (liquified petroleum gas) pro- duced, while the liquid phase product, contains large amount of isomers of C_5/C_6 hydrocar- bons and is an excellent high-octane component for gasoline pool.
