摘要:利用非水相酶促酯化反应 ,对 β-阻断剂类药物普萘洛尔的手性中间体 (± ) - 1-氯 - 3-(1-萘氧 ) - 2 -丙醇进行了拆分研究 ,考察了酰化剂、溶剂的影响 ,同时对几种脂肪酶的催化活性和选择性进行了比较。
Lipase catalyzed kinetic resolution of (±) 1 chloro 3 (1 naphthyloxy) 2 propanol in nonaqueous media was studied. The effects of acylating agents and organic solvents were examined. In addition, the catalytic activity and enantioselectivity of several lipases were compared.
