摘要:采用球磨分散的方法制得了Sb/SnO2 超细粉水分散体系。通过测定分散体系的Zeta电位和沉降率详细考察了分散体系 pH值、掺锑浓度和加热温度对Sb/SnO2 超细粉水分散性的影响规律。结果表明 ,制备条件通过控制粒子表面状态、化学构成和晶体完整性等影响Sb/SnO2 超细粉的分散性。Sb/SnO2 超细粉的等电点为 1 8左右。制备稳定性高、分散效果好的Sb/SnO2 超细粉水分散体系的合适条件的pH值为 1 0 0~ 1 1 5、n(Sb) /n(Sn)为 0 0 4~ 0 1 9,加热温度为 80 0℃左右。
Sb/SnO 2 ultrafine powder water-dispersion prepared by a ball-grinding method has been investigated as function of pH value, Sb concentration and calcination temperature by measurements of the Zeta potential and sedimentation rate of the dispersion. The results indicate that the Sb/SnO 2 ultrafine powder dispersion is dependent on the preparation conditions through their effects on the surface state, chemical composition and crystal state of the final products. The zero Zeta potential point of the Sb/SnO 2 ultrafine powder is about 1.8. The proper conditions for higher stable Sb/SnO 2 ultrafine powder water-dispersion are: pH= 10.0~11.5, n(Sb)/n(Sn) 0.04~0.19 and calcination temperature 800 ℃.
