摘要：NOVELTY - The invention relates to a process for preparing perfluorinated sulfonic resin solution by using discarded total-fluorinion film as raw material, loading in turn into 3-60% inorganic acid, water solution of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt having a concentration of 0.05-0.3mol/L, steeping in water solution of sodium hydroxide having a concentration of 0.1-2mol/L, loading into container with solvent, thermal insulating 0.5-18 hours at 150-280 deg. C at the presence of inactive gas.
