摘要：成人高等教育作为终身教育体系的重要组成部分,越来越受到人们的重视。由于成人高等教育教学方式与模式的特殊性,使得夜大学学生与全日制本科学生在学习及生活方面存在较大的差异,凝聚力薄弱表现尤为明显。为进一步探讨新形势下夜大学学生的凝聚力工程建设,文章从成人教育学生特点分析、提高成人教育学生凝聚力的有效途径等方面展开讨论,期待能为成人教育提高学生凝聚力建设找到有效的解决方案。
Adult higher education, as an important part of lifelong education system, has been paid more and more attention by people. Because of the particularity of the teaching mode and the mode of adult higher education, there is a great difference between the students and full-time undergraduate students in study and life. To farther explore the Cohesion Project Construction College Students under new situation, this paper, from the analysis of adult education students＇ character and improve the cohesion of the adult education students discussed the effective way; expect to find effective solutions for the adult education to improve students＇ cohesion construction.
