摘要:NOVELTY - An ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate and/or ammonium phosphate, and amine-containing condensing agent are added in kneader and heated. The wet ammonia containing certain amount of moisture is introduced in kneader system, and heated at 180-240 degrees C for 5-60 minutes. The wet ammonia has flow rate of 0.05-3 L/minute/kg. The resultant material is stirred, and heated at 250-320 degrees C for 20-60 minutes. Then, the material is cooled, discharged and crushed, to obtain crystalline V-type ammonium polyphosphate. USE - Preparation of crystalline V-type ammonium polyphosphate by one-pot method. ADVANTAGE - The method simply provides crystalline V-type ammonium polyphosphate without causing causticity of reaction materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate and/or ammonium phosphate, and amine-containing condensing agent are added in a kneader and heated at 160-240 degrees C. The wet ammonia containing certain amount of moisture is introduced in the kneader system and heated at 180-240 degrees C for 5-60 minutes. The wet ammonia has flow rate of 0.05-3 L/minute/kg. The resultant material is stirred continuously and heated at 250-320 degrees C for 20-60 minutes. The wet ammonia is further added and heated at 280-350 degrees C for 30-120 minutes. Then, the resultant material is cooled, discharged and crushed, to obtain crystalline V-type ammonium polyphosphate.
