摘要:对以2 - 甲基- 2 - 己醇钾为无规剂,正丁基锂为引发剂,四氢呋喃为结构调解剂,环己烷为溶剂的溶聚丁苯橡胶的合成进行了研究。结果表明, 以可溶性烷氧基钾为无规剂可以合成出单体分布更为均匀的无规溶聚丁苯橡胶。采用上述引发体系可以在一定范围内对产物的微观结构进行调节。实验得出了钾/锂、四氢呋喃/ 锂对共聚产物单体分布、微观结构的影响规律。
The synthesis of SSBR with 2-methyl-2-hexoxyl potassium as random additive, n-BuLi as initiator, THF as microstructure modifier was studied. According to the research, the monomer distributions of the products synthesized with the title initiator were more even than that with t-BuOK/n-BuLi as initiator. And the microstructure of SSBR could be adjusted to an expected level to some extent. The patterns of influences of K/Li and THF/Li ratio on monomer distribution and microstructure were discussed.
